Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology with a concentration in Mental Health, and a Master's degree in Clinical Counselling. In 2013 he completed his first unit of professional chaplaincy in the Greenville Health System Hospital in South Carolina which involved an intense training in crisis counselling, bereavement, and pastoral ministry in a medical setting.
Lindsay applies Cognitive Therapy strategies, although he utilizes several counselling approaches as they fit the needs of the client. Some of Lindsay's areas of counselling competencies are anxiety, depression, stress, marital issues, relationship issues, grief, chemical addictions, crisis counselling, and pastoral counselling. He also is fluent in Spanish and offers counselling in the Spanish language to those interested.
A focus on human and spiritual integration are a core value in Lindsay's approach to counselling and encourages clients to grow in their faith while confronting life's challenges. He has a passion for assisting all types of people on their life journey to discover the best version of themselves by finding the courage to make simple life changes.
